Arkansas Junior Chamber

The Arkansas Jaycees is a nonprofit, politically nonpartisan, organization with the goal of fostering and promoting efforts to organize and develop local Jaycee organizations throughout the State of Arkansas. Through our efforts, local Jaycee chapters are able to acquire and develop leadership abilities for participation in the affairs of their community, state, and nation. We have chapters located in Batesville, Camden, Conway, El Dorado, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, Paragould and Magnolia. Membership is open to all persons between the ages of 21 and 40.

The Arkansas Jaycees pride themselves on being one of the finest leadership training organizations in the world. We strive to give young people the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. This goal is accomplished through community service and development projects that are undertaken throughout the year. Our local chapters are always seeking to add new members to their fold and to support the growth of new chapters in other cities.
